Not gonna lie, the products themselves are nice, but I found the ingredient info a bit unclear. I had to do more searching than I expected, which was kind of frustrating

I have sensitive skin, so I’m always sorta nervous trying new face products since a lot of them leave me red or itchy after a day. I ordered from Aesop and tried the cleanser and moisturiser, and so far everything has been really calm. No stinging, no tight feeling after washing, and my skin just seems happy with it. Shipping was totally fine too. It’s definitely not cheap, but since my skin is handling it so well, I’m giving it 5 stars.

I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging. It looks clean, feels sturdy, and actually sits nicely on my shelf without looking out of place.

It arrived way quicker than I expected. Kind of makes you wonder why some other places take their sweet time, but no complaints here.

I tried the skin quiz because I have dry skin, but I’m picky about moisturisers since I don’t like anything that feels thick or greasy. For me, the recommendations were surprisingly useful and didn’t feel like they were just pushing the most popular products.

I ordered the cleanser and moisturiser they suggested, and both turned up without any issues. The samples they included also felt like a good fit. The scent was a bit strong when I first used them, so I could see that putting some people off, but I got used to it after a day and actually liked it.
It’s not the cheapest option out there, so I’d probably only recommend it if you’re someone who struggles to choose skincare or wants a more guided experience. In my case, I was happy with what I got and it did feel like the suggestions were based on my skin rather than just random best sellers.

I’ve had a good experience with the products so far, and they’re nice. The rewards are okay, but I do feel like they could be a bit better. Still, not a bad setup overall.

I ordered a fragrance from aesop.com after trying it once in store, the scent itself is really nice. It’s woody and clean without being too sweet, which is exactly what I like. It lasts okay on me, not all day or anything, but enough to be usable. The website was easy to deal with and delivery was fine, so no complaints there. But I’m annoyed at the price for the size. Aesop is definitely to blame for making it feel way more expensive than it should be. I’m still happy with the fragrance, but the pricing is the reason I can’t give it 5 stars.

I do appreciate that Aesop seems transparent about who owns them and where they stand on ethics, which makes shopping there feel a bit more comfortable. That said, I’m not totally convinced they’re perfect, and I still have some questions like I do with most bigger beauty brands. But overall, they come across as more thoughtful than a lot of companies in this space, so I feel okay supporting them.

I’ve ordered from aesop a few times now and I do genuinely like their products. Everything I’ve tried has felt nice and the site is easy enough to use. But the availability can be REALLY frustrating. A couple of things I wanted were out of stock for weeks, and there wasn’t much clear info about when they’d be back. I kept checking over and over, and it got old fast. When I was actually able to buy what I wanted, checkout and delivery were totally fine. I just wish they did a better job keeping the popular stuff in stock...

I was hoping this would feel a bit more eco-conscious, but there was just a lot of packaging. It kind of made the whole thing feel wasteful to me, especially with all that extra stuff around it.

I’ll give it credit where it’s due: it feels really nice and it lasts me ages, which is more than I can say for a lot of similar stuff. Slightly annoying that I’m impressed, but there you go.

Stopped by the Aesop store and it looked really nice and smelled amazing, like you’d expect. The staff were friendly enough, but I did kinda feel like I was being watched the whole time, which made it a little awkward. Also felt a bit rushed to buy something even though I just wanted to browse. The products are def good, but the prices still feel steep. Overall not a bad visit, just wasnt as relaxed as I hoped.

I ordered a gift from Aesop and the wrapping was lovely. Compared with a lot of other online gift options, it felt much more thoughtful without being flashy or overdone.

The box looked clean and nicely put together when it arrived, and the small details made it feel like a proper present. Most places make me want to re-wrap things myself, but this one was good to go.
I’m only taking off one star because the outer package had a small dent, though luckily the gift inside was totally fine. I’d still use it again for gifting

My order got messed up somehow, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair they sorted it out really quickly. Can’t complain too much in the end, thanks.

I used to like this cleanser more, but lately it feels average to me. It still smells good and feels nice on my skin, so I’ll give it that, but I didn’t really notice much of a difference after using it. For the price, I expected a little more...

I just brought my Aesop bottle in for a refill recently, and it made me like the brand even more. The whole thing was super easy, no awkwardness or hassle, and the staff were really nice about walking me through it. After doing it this last time, buying a brand-new bottle every time feels kind of wasteful. I wish more brands made this as simple. Definitely planning to keep using the refill option.

The return was ok. I always seem to end up dealing with stuff like this, so I wasn’t expecting much, but at least it went through without too much trouble.

Yeah, it’s definitely not cheap, but it lasts for ages, so I don’t feel like a total idiot for spending the money. Feels worth it in the long run.
